Baslington HR is led by myself, Sarah Baslington. I have worked in Human Resources since leaving University, so I have over 25 years’ experience.

I have worked with businesses, both large (Global businesses) and small (start-ups) across various industries / functions – Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chains and Charities, to name a few

My background is very varied ranging from day to day HR practises through to Global Change Management projects and SAP implementations. I have lived and worked abroad for a number of years, so I am familiar with the challenges facing organisations working across countries. I have held a number of HR roles over the years, which have helped to give me a broad HR background – HR Manager, Organisational Development Manager and Regional HR Director roles.
